EBAD seeks a highly motivated individual for the Quality Assurance Administrator position, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. This position is located in Simsbury, CT.
The Quality Assurance Administrator assists in the execution of daily administrative activities for the Quality department.
Principal duties and responsibilities include the following:
Scans and uploads quality records such as shop orders, purchase receipts, and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in EBAD’s ERP system
Sets up new suppliers, maintains Approved Supplier List and completes Supplier 360° Reports
Searches, downloads and prints Quality documentation & drawings from EBAD’s ERP system and creates books for customer meetings
Responsible for all Customer Source Inspection & Defense contract management Agency (DCMA) requests
Maintains and provides Safety Audit statistics for Operations
Creates monthly Quality Audit and Compliance schedules
Performs weekly review on IAQG OASIS (International Aerospace Quality Group – Online Aerospace Supplier Information System) and updates Supplier AS9100 Certifications accordingly.
Works as part of the Quality team to provide support for business audits
Responsible for ordering supplies for Operations
Makes travel arrangements and completes expense reports for Operations personnel
Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and assignments.
Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of management
Good working knowledge of computer applications such as ERP/MRP and MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Power Point.
